Aerial Hammock is a really great introduction to the aerial world. Some of you would have heard of aerial hammock or aerial yoga classes before.

We offer an introduction into aerial hammock with basic moves and transistions.

We also use the hammock in our aerial beginners classes.

Parent and me classes are also offered at Freedom Aerial. These classes are on during the morning for those who have bigger children in school.
